Kofola introduces new products to the Czech beverage market

Kofola, one of the largest manufacturers of soft drinks in Central Europe, unveiled it would expand its drinks portfolio by new products in March 2010. The first of those will be the Vinea brand, a well-known soft drink manufactured in Slovakia by Vitis Pezinok. Kofola purchased the rights to the brand from the latter last year. As of March 2010 Vinea 0.5 litre bottles will be available in stores in the Czech Republic, Hospodarske Noviny reported. The product targets mainly women aged 20 to 35 years old.
In addition to Vinea, Kofola will also introduce two variations of its Rajec natural spring water with extracts from herbs to be available in 1.5 and 0.75 litres bottles.
