A shopping centre under the name Molo is planned to be erected in Zvolen. The investment in the centre is estimated at some €2.8m, according to the developer CC Development. The construction of the centre is slated to start in autumn 2010 and to be delivered in March 2011. The centre is envisaged to occupy a total area of 10,000 m².
The Zvolen-based CC Development, set up in 2006, specialises in management, lease and purchase of property and in consultancy in the field of construction.
