Real 4 You to open three shopping galleries in Romania

Austria’s real estate developer Real 4 You, which is behind the miniMax store chain in Romania, plans to open three small shopping galleries in the country in partnership with Oasis Consulting. They are expected to rise near the Kaufland outlets in the towns of Botosani, Giurgiu and Ramnicu-Valcea. The projects in Botosani and Giurgiu are scheduled to open to customers in November 2010. It will house tenants such as Carmolimp, Takko, Deichmann and Altex.
All galleries will be named Familiy Center and are envisaged to have a GLA between 3,300 m² and 6,000 m². The smallest gallery will be in Ramnicu-Valcea.
