The Slovenska Sporitelna bank trust approved a loan worth €41m for the financing of the shopping centre Trnava Park. The complex, with an area of 28,000 m², is expected to become the largest retail complex in the Trnava region.
The complex is envisaged to be delivered in the last quarter of 2011 and is expected to create some 1,500 jobs. The centre’s developer, Property Development, plans to begin construction by the end of this year. The total investment in the project is estimated by the developer’s representatives at some €100m.
Property Development is part of the Northern Ireland’s Parker Green.
