The paper manufacturing industry in Slovakia declined in H1 2010

Sales of the paper manufacturing industry in Slovakia went down in the first six months of this year by 1.3%, according to data from the Association of the Celluloses and Paper Industry (ZCPP). The total sales of the 11 paper makers that are members of the Association, which are estimated to account for almost the entire paper production in Slovakia, reached €400m in H1 2010. Over the same period, the production volume of the 11 paper manufacturers declined by 11.8% year on year to 413,000 tonnes, according to data from the ZCPP.
