PMR Insight: Foreign fashion brands expand in the Czech Republic

The expansion activity of foreign fashion brands in 2017 to date has been concentrated mainly in the shopping mall sector, but notable developments also occurred on the Parizska street and Wenceslas Square in Prague and in the e-commerce channel. The Swedish fashion retailer H&M expanded its store in the shopping mall Chodov in Prague by 1,000 square meters earlier this year, turning it into the second-biggest H&M store in the Czech Republic only behind the flagship in Prague’s Galerie Myslbek, and the company plans to open two additional stores in the remainder of 2017, one in the reconstructed…
