Peek & Cloppenburg saw increased revenues in Romania in 2012

The German luxury fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg, with two stores on the Romanian market, posted sales revenues of RON 103.3m (€23.5m) in 2012, which was a 43.7% increase year on year. Peek & Cloppenburg, at a 12.7% profit margin, registered net profits of RON 13.1m (€3m), a 17.5% growth compared to 2011.

In 2012, the company opened a new store in the Maritimo Shopping Center in Constanta. Peek & Cloppenburg entered the Romanian market in 2008 with an outlet opened in Baneasa Shopping Center in Bucharest. The retailer sells premium brands in its stores such as Boss, Armani, Belstaff, Burberry, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs.
