Romanian consumers spend some 50 million euros annually on private-label cosmetics and personal care products, according to data from market players obtained and summed up by Ziarul Financiar. Private labels are not as strong in make-up, perfumery and personal care products as they are in some other market segments, especially food, because brand still matters a lot in cosmetics.
