So-called subscription services, i.e. services paid for on a monthly basis, gain increasing popularity. These services include TV programmes, games, music, software, health care, etc. For the purposes of the survey, in this category we also include paying bills by standing order, which should not be treated as a subscription service. However, since the mode of operation is similar, it was added to the list of subscription services. It is also the most popular method of making regular online payments as used by 38% of respondents.
